Waist: to 17" flat across from side to side

This side wraps over the other side and is secured with a button and a series of hook and eye

Note that it is measured with the front edges lined up - you will get more room by creating a space as shown on my mannequin who is closer to a size small rather then a extra small

I had someone ask the Chanel Archives about this dress for me and they were told this was approximately 1928. You can see in the final photo here a similar feeling dress from 1933 that is held in the metropolitan museum collection along with the owner wearing it.
