while on the runway shot you can see that they styled it with one side a little longer than the other

the silk is a darker shade of purple all along and under each fold

Note that the pants were let down at some point to gain length and you can see the slightest fold mark

The back is left almost entirely bare with a twisted knot running across the back neck to hold everything in place

As far as I am aware the dress was produced in two colours for the 2002 version. This seafoam turquoise and a more coral colour. We found reference photos of Julianne Davis wearing the twin of this one that year
