I love the dots they are that perfect red screened onto a white silk crepe base. The skirt is cut to skim the hips and hug your the lower waist in flat set seamed pleats, before those pleats open to give the skirt just a touch of volume. The bodice is also cut to skim and sit loosely over the bodice with shoulders that are gathered along the seams for a touch of the
