I see a few of the silver threads missing on the pattern here and there and two small repairs near the back hem but otherwise looks to have been worn very little

It snaps to close under the ribbon at the side so there is no break anywhere with a zipper

Hand written tag with the style name Deborah and the label has 80 and 2/4 on it
