I love when silk taffeta is used for these extravagantly shaped dresses it adds the weight it needs to hold the shape and so retains the intended cut and fullness. The taffeta used is also quite beautiful it balk with tiny, brilliant sapphire blue diamonds woven through the fabric. The skirt is
