It has a definite mod chicness to it! The bodice is dipped deep in the front and it zips to close an unusual touch. The skirt flares out in an A line and has a gorgeous rounded front detailing a signature touch from Beene. I love the rounded collar and how bold it is. This picks up that round front of the skirt and the big round
