Exceptional 1930s Samuel Kass Sequin Silk Swing Dress designer-ruben-panis The tie is separate fromThis is an exquisite late thirties, early 40s black silk crepe dress whose bodice is entirely covered with hand painted flowers that are highlighted with hand applied sequins. It is one of the most spectacular dresses from this period I have had in the shop. Bouquets of sequin flowers in bright hues are applied over equally bold hand painted floral designs in brilliant colors, all of which are done in colors that are still bright and vivid. You would
