2010 Vigna Traverso Schioppettino DOC White tending to garnet with agingDescription Specs Giancarlo and Stefano crafted this native red from 100% estate grown Schioppettino (also known as Ribolla Nero) from their Prepotto vineyards. This native red brings a very fragrant nose with aromas of spice, blackberry, licorice and coffee bean. Hints of black currant, plum and black pepper linger on the palate for a long finish. Enjoy this unusual red with game, duck, roasted red meats and ripe cheeses. Best served at 65 degrees F
