They are machined from 3mm sheet for strength and have slotted holes so that the relative shoe angles can be adjusted

Erg Suspension Clamp CoxOrb Harness then connects to thatWhile it is possible to teach suspension on the Erg either by using a strap around the vertical monitor support arms, or even by the coach just holding the strap, neither of these are ideal, particularly with stronger and heavier athletes or when doing the exercise repeatably. The clamp is sprung loaded and goes over the front bar of the leg to give secure fixing point for the strap (not supplied). Not compatible with Model E
