I am a life long plaid junkie and one day I was driving along turning the Rubik's cube inside my noggin and realized that I could make plaid digitally through applying transparent layers and turning them one click clockwise

It is very simple at the place where a lot of the pattern pieces are coming together leaving the detail for the less complicated lower legs

I went home and did it
