2020 Palazzetta Brunello di Montalcino Other These Pinot Noir grapes cameA generous, open knit Brunello. On the nose wild cherry, strawberry and red plum up front, followed by dried Mediterranean herbs and spice. On the palate its full and composed with ripe red and dark fruit, earthy spice carried by firm, silky tannins and bright acidity. A powerful wine, yet remarkably well balanced with fresh, racy acidity carrying the fruit, finishing long. Drinking well already with food, but with plenty in reserve for years to come.
