Aged 12 months in 500 litre oak and acacia barrels before bottling. Deep golden colour; ripe yellow fruit (apricot, peach), grapefruit peel and spice on the nose, with a medium bodied, soft yet acidic palate built for both immediate drinking and short to medium ageing.
