It was made circa the late 1800s to the early 1900s. The setting has been tested and it is gold filled. The porcelain originated in either Germany or Austria. This piece features a charming portrait of a lovely young lady with long hair. She is wearing a fancy black hat. The piece is not hand painted, but instead is a beautiful transfer onto porcelain. This transfer
