，更是由日本傳奇級眼鏡店GLOBE SPECS主理人岡田哲哉協力合作開發，雙方以「自己希望該設計重現人間」的大前題下，將私心喜愛的眼鏡設計重新鑄造。而早前在網絡上圖片已流出極其古怪的眼鏡ADOLPHE，品牌正正是以十九世紀，屬於「馬蹄型」古董眼鏡重塑出來，45mm之設定，而鏡橋鼻托等細節則改良至亞洲人適用。而用色上的antique金銀色，都是特意精心挑選的古董色澤，絕對是Old Joe只此一家，別無分號的設計。

作為Eyevan7285的經典之作，梨形鏡717一直深入民心，多年來亦推出過不少modify版本。而今次這副717E，更以vintage防風鏡為靈感，為梨形邊框加入風鏡般的設計，跳出以往717溫文的既定形象。而加厚的鏡框，即使裝上厚身鏡片亦不覺核突礙眼，對比很多幼身至極的Eyevan7285，這副717E包容性高得多。
