It offers notes of apricot, plum and leather. Distilled over a wood fire and aged in new Limousin oak barrels without sugar, wood or caramel. The Vieille Rserve is mainly drunk as a digestive. It will be served with caramel ice cream, plum pie, dark chocolate. Grape variety: 100% Ugni blanc Tasting Notes: Eye: Straw yellow with bright reflections Nose: Sharpness and straightness. Notes
