Corner Oak, Pockley Sold Low winter light moves acrossA quiet track winds past this old oak tree, which Ive returned to on several occasions. In October the colours shift earthy greens give way to warmer ochres, and the leaves begin to turn. The freshly ploughed field carried a subtle purple cast, which I gently emphasised to balance the cooler tones of the track.
