Newton Skyside Cabernet Sauvignon North Coast Private Barrel Once assembledThe Skyside Cabernet Sauvignon is a very bold wine with black currant and blackberry on the nose with notes of tar and oak. The palate is broad with layers of spicy dark cherry and blue fruit wrapped in a supple texture. The finish is firm and long with balanced acidity. 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 6% Syrah, 3% Petite Syrah. The Cabernet used in Skyside comes from high density hillside vineyards in Sonomas, Alexander Valley and Chalk Hill wine
