A record setting high temperature in the 70's is not what you would expect while taking in the holiday season but that is what today found

It was an early June morning as I made my way to Lee Metcalf National Wildlife Refuge just south of Missoula

Whether it is on the steps of the Colorado state capitol

Letting the sun wash out some of the scene I photographed these with a hint of the Rocky Mountains in the distance prior to the sun dropping behind the mountains to end another day in Denver

Boardwalk in the Fog Flowers A record setting high temperatureI headed out from Bellingham on an early October morning stopping along the waterfront and the boardwalk not far from the Fairhaven area of the city. When I headed down to the boardwalk I was treated to fog in the area which provided the low visibility and a serene scene on the calm water.
