Tapestry Colour Studies: David Remfry and Dovecot Studios, Chandelirium 2025 #3 Books Leading costume designers and actorsIn 2025, Dovecot invited acclaimed artist David Remfry MBE RA to bring his lyrical artistic vision to Dovecot Studios by commissioning his first ever tapestry. Depicting the green chandeliers of New York Citys Soho House against an obscured background, the tapestry is reminiscent of metropolitan decadence at the turn of the 20th century. Created after Remfrys oil painting, Chandelirium (2018), the tapestry took two weavers four months to create.
