It is stamped as an ET62 inside the flare near the left ear

There is some pitting but not too much and the outer surface is relatively smooth considering

Brit57 Price: $495 AUDBrit57 Shell: The shell is an original WW2, Brititsh manufactured MkII shell with a stainless steel banded edge. The stainless steel factory chinstrap lugs are the MkIII type and are unmarked. The factory stamps are under the flare near a chinstrap lug; they are somewhat distorted by rust pitting but read 1 1941 BMB N13 (Briggs Motor Bodies Ltd Dagenham). When acquired there was no original paint to speak of; there was some rust pitting to the inner
