YARRA YERING DRY RED NO2 2021 FOUR PILLARS Gorgeous aromas of rhubarbYarra Yering Dry Red No 2 is Yarra Yering's Shiraz based blend, with inspiration drawn from the reds of France's Rhone Valley. This 2021 Yarra Yering Dry Red No 2 is another beautifully perfumed and complex wine, with Shiraz (96%) joined with tiny amounts of Viognier (2%) and Marsanne (1%) and Mataro (1%). The result is an incredibly vibrant, fragrant and wonderfully complex wine; the plum fruits come in all colours dialling up the flavour interest.
