It is commonly found on E30 vehicles with an automatic or manual transmission (excluding the M3 and 325E)

They will fit the E46 M3 with minor modification. This reinforcements weld onto the strut mounting point on the rear knuckle. They help prevent mounting point failure especially when using true coilovers in the rear of the vehicle. The reinforcement plates are precision laser cut from 12 gauge steel.
