They also produce well priced reds that are great examples of single varietals grown in cool climates. Viticulture is sustainable and fermentations take place in traditional glass lined cement tanks with native yeasts and there is no filtration before bottling. Clos Perraud is a single vineyard of 60 year old vines that spends 14
