This is a fabulous collector piece in good vintage condition. The fly is anatomically sculpted from gilded sterling silver and features a clear lucite cabochon abdomen, red jewel set eyes, and rhinestone accents on the inner wings and thorax. The brooch is fastened with a diagonal safety pin and has been hallmarked 'Trifari' and "Pat No. 137200" on the back of the left wing.
