Gem Shape Ganache Plates with Dowel Hole (set of 2) Size:10 Inch HOW TO USEThis set of 2 Gem Shape Ganache Plates are an easy way to give your cake the perfect finish, using ganache, buttercream or other frostings. You can achieve the perfect finish by placing a ganache plate on either side of your cake (top bottom). Then use them as a guide when smoothing the ganache buttercream around the edges. Please note our Ganache Plates are approximately 0. 25" more than the displayed size, allowing for the ganache buttercream layer.
